About The Course
One important task of a manager is to reach an agreement with various stakeholders associated with it, especially pihak2 outside the organization. Both in terms of the sale, licensing or other business deal. In order to optimize the Company’s position in the transaction, it is not enough just to prepare a manager in its formal process (negotiations), he also needs to master the principles and skills in conducting lobbying. So that the transaction can be directed as early as possible. This workshop provides insight, prinsip2 main base and skills in lobbying and negotiation. Although the material provided pretty solid, but still provided enough opportunities for role playing so that they can feel the application of the concepts being discussed.
